Keeping the girls cool, properly fed, and cleaned kept them happy and the customers incredibly happy. A moaning Zombie is a good Zombie. Stay away from the hissing ones. Very dangerous.
I had made a good deal for myself and was getting a piece of the business profit. No one else could manage the Zombies the way I did or had the contacts to keep them healthy. It was not long before I was managing the entire place and had regular meetings with the Investors.
I always suspected that the Investors were less than reputable businessmen, but I found them quite personable when I finally got to know them. They liked me as well and listened to my ideas and gave me quite a bit of freedom to create a profit for them and myself. I could tell from the beginning that it would not last and I took measures to keep the relationship with them, benefitting me.
